A full fat semi soft blue veined cheese made from cows milk with a creamy texture & relatively mild flavour for a blue cheese.  Originates from the Peak District.

 

King Richard III

The only cheese of its type left in the world. Handmade on the farm to a pre-war recipe

& matured for 4 months.

 

Goosnargh Gold

This double Gloucester cheese has a rich & mature flavour with a buttery, caramel-type edge & mellow nutty bite.
