Cheese list.
 
Somerset Brie
Loosely based on a traditional French recipe,
a soft, white edible mould rind cheese, which is full fat & creamy in taste.
 
Harrogate Blue
A soft blue cheese made with a red curd very similar in colour to a Blacksticks blue & has a peppery taste. 
It has an age profile of 10 – 12 weeks.
 
Fountains Gold
This hard cheese has a creamy taste that comes from Jersey cow’s milk sourced in Wensleydale
& has a rich buff colour.
 
Porter with Guinness Irish Stout
This mature Irish cheddar is infused with Guinness ale at the start of the cheese making process.  It is matured for a minimum of four months during which time the cheese curd takes on a brown marbled colouring & the flavor of the ale becomes apparent.
 
Isle of Mull Cheddar
A hard traditional farmhouse cheese with a pale yellow  rind.  It is a very dense cheese & packs a powerful punch.
 
Lancashire Smoked Farmhouse
A handmade cheese, mild yet rich & creamy with a lightly oak smoked flavour.
 
Norwegian Jarlsberg
Typical looking mouse cheese, similar to emmental
